All purchases are custom made for you when you place the order and we are therefore unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Please open and inspect your order immediately on receipt. If there is shipping damage or the artwork is defective, please document and contact me at lee@photographyofcrystals.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not return the artwork until we have had a chance to evaluate the best way to remedy the situation
