Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email lee@photographyofcrystals.com with photos of the artwork and shipping container. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost. Do not return damaged items unless requested.

Returns Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be in original condition and packaging

• All returns require pre-approval

• Gift cards (used or unused) are non-refundable

• Some pieces may require special return arrangements due to format or value

Return Shipping & Insurance

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, even if the original order qualified for free shipping

• Items must be insured for full value and include tracking

• A return address will be provided upon approval

• Return labels are not included, as shipments originate from multiple printing and studio locations

Refunds

• Issued within 3–5 business days of receiving approved returns

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
