Shipping Policy

Photography of Crystals

Please allow 3–4 weeks from the time you place your order until you receive your artwork. Each piece is custom made to order and requires time for production, quality assurance, and careful packaging.

If you have any special shipping requests (such as signature required, special delivery dates, preferred carrier, etc.), please include those instructions when placing your order.

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and fully insured by the carrier.
In the rare event that your shipment is damaged:

1. Document the damage immediately — take clear photographs of both the artwork and the shipping container.
2. Contact us immediately at lee@photographyofcrystals.com so we can arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
